Amenities

We have a strict No Pet Policy.
No smoking in or on property.
We do not allow Guests to have "House Parties" ("Renting the house and throwing a party.").
No food or drink is allowed in the bedrooms.
We do not allow Sub-Renting.
We require a Security Deposit upon check-in. Any damaged items or any damage to the property by a Guest will result in an invoice for repairs charged to the Credit Card on file.
Please make sure all windows and doors are locked when leaving the house.
Please keep shoes off in the house.
When visiting the beach, please keep sandy items in the backyard or frontyard.
We ask that you please be mindful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, sound ordinance is at 10pm.
Your stay with us is based on the dates both parties agreed to book, there will be no extended stay.
Any stolen items, will be charged to the Guests Card on file.
Failure to obey these rules will result in legal action.
